When drug/alcohol testing is conducted in Maine, it is essential to ensure that the results collected are accurate. Often, you can use a medical review officer to interpret the rests as well as ensure that the specimen has been checked in a certified laboratory. This will reduce the chances that the testing will be inaccurate.
The medical review officer will typically be a licensed physician. They will receive the rests from the lab. Most of them have a deep knowledge of different substances of abuse and the addiction problems that they cause. They are also aware of federal drug and alcohol testing regulations.
These professionals are also trained to evaluate and interpret test results. They often do this after checking and reviewing the medical history and any other relevant information from the test subject.
